Blue Energy Gateway

K/S Storage Blau is developing the Blue Energy Gateway initiative, a strategic project designed to establish one of Europe's leading storage and logistics hubs for low-carbon fuels, ammonia, hydrogen, and future energy products.
The project focuses on developing modern storage infrastructure and expanding terminal capacity to support the growing demand for sustainable energy imports and distribution across Europe.

The Blue Energy Gateway project includes the development of advanced storage facilities and integrated logistics infrastructure capable of connecting to multiple transportation and distribution networks. The terminal will provide multimodal access through marine terminals, inland waterways, road and rail transport, and future pipeline connections for hydrogen and ammonia distribution.
The infrastructure is designed to support imports from global energy producers and facilitate efficient distribution to industrial customers throughout Europe. Future integration with European hydrogen and energy networks will position K/S Storage Blau as a key logistics partner in the continent's energy transition.
Through its phased development strategy, Blue Energy Gateway is expected to become an important hub for next-generation energy products and a cornerstone in Europe's transition toward a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.
